Garden Cake & High Tea

Gardens & Cake

This 7 inch cake was designed for a garden High Tea party. Whilst the centre flower looks like a deep coral pink, it was actually a much paler shade in person. I thought the colours complimented one another well and the design worked perfectly against beautiful greenery in a polished garden.

Halloween 21st Birthday Party

This cake was made for a Halloween 21st Birthday Party. The birthday boy needed his cake to go with the Halloween theme so I wanted to make the design as cool as possible and not too girlie. I think even with all the frills, the cake design is still stylish, even for a guy!
I was very proud of myself, as I made this cake last October and managed to pull it off before I had done any cake training!

In the picture above you can see my shading progress on the skull head.
Below, you can see my inspiration! I found tonnes of pictures from Google of different skulls and I also used the black skull sculpture I bought from Thailand as great source of inspiration for shaping the head.

Everyone loves a PUPPY at Christmas!

Puppy Christmas

I made these Christmas Cupcakes for a dear friend of mine...She has been longing to add some miniature Schnauzer puppies to her family, but unfortunately Santa couldn't quite deliver this past Christmas. So I thought the next best thing would be the edible version!

Cupcakes, Cookies & High Tea

Teapot Flowers

These Cupcakes and Cookies were made for an intimate High Tea garden party. There were approximately 15 guests attending and the client asked that I make each cupcake and cookie an individual design so that each guest felt extra special. Here are some of the cupcake & cookie designs I came up with.

Loving Christmas Time

Santa Love

Last Christmas I made these cute Christmas cupcakes for a end of year staff party.
You can't go past these cute Christmas Faces and Santa Stuck in a Chimney cupcakes!
